Design will be prepared based on Qatar Civil Defense life safety requirements. A complete MEP drawings (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing) with the architectural drawings will be provided based on Kahramaa and Qatar Civil Defense requirements.
Consultant approval and stamping is not part of scope. Drawings to be verified and stamped by the approved Consultant in Qatar and provided to Municipality for approval.
Note: 7 days from the preliminary architectural approval.
